Business Automation Services in Saudi Arabia.

Somewhere in your company, a capable person spends every Thursday copying numbers between systems. Business automation gives you that person back. We map your workflows and automate the repetitive parts, remotely, for companies across Saudi Arabia.

Business process automation sounds abstract until you list what it replaces: re-entering the same order into three systems, chasing a manager on WhatsApp for a signature, assembling month-end reports by hand, checking a portal every morning for updates someone could have emailed.

MavenUp automates these workflows for Saudi businesses. This is an engagement, not a product: we study how work moves through your company, then build automation that moves it without the manual relay.

Workflows

The workflows we automate most.

Quote-to-invoice

Quotation approved, sales order, invoice, payment reminder, with no re-entry at any step.

Approvals

Purchase requests, discounts, leave and expenses, routed to the right approver, with escalation when they sit.

Reporting

The numbers management wants, compiled and delivered on schedule, from the systems that hold them.

Onboarding

New client or new employee: document collection, account setup and task checklists fire in order.

Data sync

Your store, CRM, accounting and spreadsheets holding one truth instead of four versions.

Compliance

Why ZATCA made automation urgent.

ZATCA’s e-invoicing rules (Fatoora, then Phase 2 integration arriving in waves) ended the era of the Word-template invoice. Compliance now assumes structured systems. Companies handling it manually pay twice: staff time on re-entry, and error risk on submissions.

Automation turns compliance into a byproduct: the sale happens once, and the compliant invoice, ledger entry and customer notification follow on their own. We build this on Odoo and other ZATCA-capable systems. The caveat, as always: compliance responsibility stays with you and your accountant. We build the machinery.

Adjacent admin we also automate: payroll data flows (GOSI-related paperwork), recurring government-portal chores, and PDPL-tidy record handling.

Approach

Rules first, AI where it pays.

Plenty of automation needs no AI at all, just clean rules connecting your systems; we build heavily on n8n and Make. Where a step needs judgment (reading a document, classifying a request, drafting a reply) we add AI with human checkpoints. Wherever possible you get the boring version. Boring runs forever.
